South Devon and Ruby Red beef, Lleyn lambs and
Devonshire chicken from Higher Hacknell Farm, an award winning 300 acre
organic farm registered with the Soil Association for over 20 years. The meat
is slaughtered locally then brought back to the farm butchery where it is
hung-beef for at least 3 weeks, lamb for a week-10 days. All cuts are then
skillfully butchered and freshly prepared as well as a range of hand made
sausages, burgers and cooked meals. Our meat can also be bought from the farm
butchery and delivered nationwide by courier. |
